TIM KASPER
Tim Kasper was born and grew up in Fargo, ND. He started taking piano lessons and singing in small productions at his school in the first grade. Being the youngest of five boys with a rich history of making music in the private school system, Tim felt immediately at home in front of a live audience. His parents loved singing and encouraged their musical sons. Tim also credits his class-mates at Shanley High School for being supportive and encouraging him to pursue his musical talents.

At the beginning of junior high, Tim enrolled in the Trollwood Performing Arts School, where he received much of his musical theatre experience and training. At the same time he was dancing semi- professionally in a company under the direction of his future parents in-law, Kathy and Eddie Gasper. Still dancing full time, Tim enrolled in North Dakota State University with a full music scholarship. A few years later he transferred to the University of St. Thomas in St.
Paul, MN and majored in Advertising and English. This pursuit was soon derailed when he moved back to Fargo to record with his group, The Blenders.

Throughout the 90s and 2000's, Tim has enjoyed touring the United States with Darren, Ryan, Allan, and originally, Paul. Each new project The Blenders embark upon brings a new challenge and a new level of excitement.
Tim has especially enjoyed recording the Christmas CDs because, as he puts it, "they were a labor of love. He has learned a lot, had a lot of fun, and hopefully, touched some peoples' lives.

These days, when not making music with The Blenders, Tim provides presentation and communication skills training for the corporate world through his company, Pinnacle Performance Company (www.pinper.com), which was co-founded by his long-time friend and fellow TPAS alumnus G. Riley Mills. He also promotes and produces The Blenders Christmas Tour with the help of the other "Blenders", and does some other consulting associated with the music and entertainment business.

Tim and his wife Melanie, and their dog Romeo, live in Sarasota, FL.
